3. Submit the job to one of the published printers:
• Print—the job is processed and waits for the correct
password in the Print queue
• Process—the job is processed and stored in the Storage
area
• Store—the job is not processed and waits in the Storage
area
The job appears in the Print queue/Storage area with the
locked indicator. The job must be unlocked before you can
change job parameters or send the job to print. For information
about how to unlock the job, see page 88.
Viewing the Printer Status
1. In the Print Driver window, click Printer Status .
2. Click the Trays tab to view information on the paper stock in
the trays.
