Preparation for Use
• You can also make this adjustment from the Both Sides Adjust screen displayed by
pressing [Both Sides] on the MACHINE screen. In this case, press a tray key located
under [Tray Setting] to select the tray to be adjusted.
• The Registration Loop of the Both Sides Adjust can be registered in a paper profile on the
Utility Menu screen. For details, refer to p. 1-29.
Both Sides Adjust: Making Chart Adjustment
If numerical data of misalignment between front and back sides is unknown, output a chart to
measure the measuring point with the scale, and then enter the measured value to make the
adjustment.
• Performing the Chart Adjustment after the Zoom/Image Shift Adjustment may
require readjustment of the Zoom/Image Shift Adjustment.
