E-Mail Setting
To enable E-Mail setting is necessary to use the Scan to E-mail function.
1.
Press [Utility/Counter] on the control panel.
2.
Press [Administrator Setting] - [Controller] - [Controller NIC
Setting Menu] - [E-mail Setting].
3.
Select [Enable] for [SMTP Setting].
4.
Enter the address of SMTP server in [SMTP Server
Address].
5.
To encode communication between the machine and SMTP
server using SSL, select [SMTP over SSL] or [START TLS]
for [SSL Setting].
6.
Enter the port number of the SMTP server into [Port Num-
ber].
7.
Press [Next].
