This is used when the perfect binding is employed with no printing made on the cover sheet.
The original set in the [Cover Tray] is handled as a cover sheet.
Ex.: Using [Cover Blank] for the perfect binding

Select [Custom Size] in [Cover Size], set the size of cover,
and click [OK].
7.
Set [Cover Duplex], [Cover Trimming] and [Spine Width] as
required, and click [OK].
8.
Set the other items as required. p.xvii
9.
Click [OK].
10.
Click [Print].
