Set the Paper to the tray Chapter 1: Preparation for Use

Loading Tab Paper
In case of Tray 1, 2, 3
In case of Trays 4 to 9
• Be sure that the machine is powered ON before withdrawing the tray.
• Only one tray can be withdrawn at a time.
• In case of Tray 1, 2, 3, load the Tab paper with print side face down in the tray.
• In case of Trays 4 to 9, load the Tab paper with print side face up in the tray.
• Do not load paper above the limit level of the side guides.
• Be sure that the side guides and rear guide are securely aligned to the Tab paper;
otherwise the machine might fail to feed the Tab paper because of the gap of 1 mm
or more or the distortion of Tab paper for the narrowed width.
