27. COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL
General information
A. A character based communication protocol moisture analyzer-terminal is
designed for establishing communication between a RADWAG instruments
and a peripheral devices via RS 232 interface.
B. It consists of commands sent from a peripheral device to a moisture
analyzer and responses from the moisture analyzer.
C. Responses are sent from the moisture analyzer on each receipt of a
command as a reaction for a specific command.
D. Commands forming the communication protocol enable obtaining data on
moisture analyzer’s status and influencing its operation, e.g.: request
measurement results from a moisture analyzer, zero indication, etc.
