calibrated range or fell below 0.3mA at a rate of 2.2mA per second), a failure would be detected
and logged.

f) Use [UP] to scroll to the next sub-menu. The NEMA 7 version of the DLC (XP/RC) does not
have a motor temperature sensor.

g) Use [UP] to scroll to the next sub-menu. The DLC – XP is equipped with a thermistor to monitor
internal enclosure temperatures. If the temperature approaches its operating limit, the DLC – XP
would show a warning in this diagnostic sub-menu.

h) Use [UP] to scroll to the next sub-menu. The DLC – XP is equipped with a clock that is backed
by a 10-year lithium battery. If the battery life fails, the DLC – XP would show a failure in this
diagnostic sub-menu. The error is automatically cleared when the new battery is installed and
powered.
The DLC – XP will continue to operate off the external power supply. The clock and battery
backed RAM will not function if the power supply is interrupted.

i) Use [UP] to scroll to the next sub-menu. If the RAM, EEPROM or internal synchronous
DLC – XP motor fail, the DLC – XP would show the failure, flashing, in this diagnostic sub-
menu. The error is automatically cleared when the new component is replaced and powered.
