If the message you are reviewing contains a phone
number that is already stored in the Internal Phone
Book the Save option does not display, and the available
menu options will be: (1) Talk, (2) Erase, (3) Next
Msg, (4) Previous Msg.

The message sender’s name appears as stored in the
Internal Phone Book.The message sender’s name

Erasing individual messages
You can erase an individual Sprint PCS Wireless Web
Message or numeric page after reviewing it. To erase a text
or numeric page:
1. Press to display the Messages menu.
2. Press for Page/Text.
3. Use the navigation keys to scroll to the message you
want to erase.
4. When the message is highlighted, press . The
message header and body will display.
5. Press for more options.
6. Press to erase the message or to return to the
Messages menu.
Erasing all Page/Text or Web Alerts
You can erase all numeric page messages or Web Alerts.
1. Press to display the Messages menu.
2. Press for Erase.
3. Press for Page/Text or for Web Alert.
4. A confirmation displays. Press to erase all
messages or to return to the previous screen.
Message ringing
Your Sprint PCS Phone allows you to set a unique ring type
for each type of incoming message: voicemail, wireless web
or numeric page (see “Ringer type settings” on page xx).
