Enter any additional information about the server that might be helpful. You can
enter up to 2 lines of 14 characters each. For example, enter the server serial number
in this field.
Administrator Information
Administrator Name
The Administrator Name field contains the name of the system administrator. You
can enter up to 2 lines of no more than 14 characters each.
Administrator Phone Number
The Administrator Phone Number field contains the phone number of the system
administrator. Enter up to 2 lines of no more than 14 characters each.
Administrator Pager Number
The Administrator Pager Number field contains the pager number of the system
administrator. Enter up to 2 lines of no more than 14 characters each.
Administrator Other
This is a user-defined field. You can enter any additional administrator information,
such as the name of an additional administrator who serves as a backup to the
primary administrator. Enter up to 2 lines of no more than 14 characters each.
Service Information
Service Contact Name
The Service Contact Name field contains the name of the service provider. Enter up
to 2 lines of no more than 14 characters each.
