Installing a Hot-Plug SCSI Hard Disk Drive
CAUTION: Before adding or removing any hot-plug SCSI drives, consult your
operating system instructions. Failure to do so could result in loss of data or damage
to equipment.
To install a hot-plug SCSI hard drive:
1. Remove the blanking panel in an unused drive bay by pushing the side of the
retaining clip inward (1), and then pull the blanking panel outward (2).

2. Push the release button on the left of the new drive, and rotate the hot-plug drive
ejector lever outward to unlock the drive.
