HP Digital Sender Link messages
This table contains the error messages that might appear when you
are using the HP Digital Sender Link and actions to take to resolve
the problem.
Note Messages are listed in alphabetical order.
HP Digital Sender Link messages
Message Description Actions
A file already exists with the
same name. The path specified in the
Target Application or the
Default Inbox field already
exists. Specify a different path. Or,
use Windows Explorer to
delete the existing file.
Address Book Manager still
active. The Address Book Manager
program is already running. Use the copy of the Address
Book Manager that is already
running.
Cannot launch the target
application. The program selected as the
target program cannot be
found. Open the HP Digital Sender
Link and click the Desktop
tab. Enter the correct path to
the target program in the Path
to target application: field, or
click ... to browse the folders
and find the correct path.
Closing this application may
cause the loss of connection
with the sender. Close
anyway? The message appears when
you close the HP Digital
Sender Link. It is only a
reminder that documents
cannot be sent to your
computer while the program is
closed. Click Yes to close the program
or click No to keep the
program open. If you close the
program, you can restart it by
clicking Start, pointing to
Programs, then 9100C, and
clicking HP Digital Sender
Link.
Error: verify Address Book
Manager installation. The Address Book Manager
program cannot be found. Uninstall the ABM and then
reinstall it.
