001/01
E-mail send report. Sender:
name. Subject: subject.
Status: Failed.
The e-mail transmission was
unsuccessful. You might have
entered an incorrect e-mail
address.
Try the transmission again.
Make sure all cabling is
connected securely.
In the ABM, make sure that
Delivery Notification is
enabled for your user
profile.
If the problem persists,
contact the administrator.
001/02
E-mail send report. Sender:
name. Subject: subject.
Status: OK.
Notification message only.
Your e-mail transmission was
successful.
No action required.
001/03
E-mail send report. Sender:
name. Subject: subject.
Status: Image processing
error.
The e-mail transmission was
unsuccessful. An internal error
occurred while the document
was being processed.
Try the transmission again.
Turn the digital sender off
and then back on.
If the problem persists,
contact the administrator.
002/01
Document sent to a PC. PC:
identification. Result: failed.
The digital sender could not
deliver the document to the
named computer.
Make sure the receiving
computer is on.
Make sure the HP Digital
Sender Link is running and
enabled on the receiving
computer.
Make sure the IP address or
DNS name of the receiving
computer is correctly typed.
If the problem persists,
contact the administrator.
002/02
Document sent to a PC. PC:
identification. Result: success.
Notification message only. The
document was successfully
delivered.
No action required.
002/03
Document sent to a PC. PC:
identification. Result: Image
processing error.
An internal error occurred
while the document was being
processed.
Try sending again.
Turn the digital sender off
and then back on.
If the problem persists,
contact the administrator.
