NSKUNPK Errors by File Name
SIPUTILC Error Class: UN/PKG LIBRARY FUNCTION
FAILURE
7000
Cause. openPackageSet failed to allocate enough memory for a packageSet object
due to a memory allocation error. The package file is not opened by openPackageSet.
Recovery. An invalid package file name length or format was specified. If you ran
NSKUNPK manually, rerun NSKUNPK naming a valid base package file (for example,
PKG000). If you ran the Windows application or the SETUPRUN TACL program,
contact your support representative.
7001
Cause. The package file set failed the integrity check, most likely due to a partial
package file transmission or a missing package file in a multifile package set.
Recovery. Check that all package files in a set are present on the NonStop system
and that the EOFs match those of the delivery medium (CD-ROM or DVD). That is,
purge the existing package files and retransmit them to the NonStop system.
7002
Cause. A file-system error occurred while attempting to open a base package file and
query the first file in the package (supposed to be the DSV A0CINFO file).
Recovery. This error might be transient. Restart the program. Check user ID
permissions versus file security, and change the user if necessary. If this problem
persists, contact your support representative.
’openPackageSet’ failure on file Rnnnn000.
’verifyPackageSet’ failure on file base-package-file-name.
This is likely due to a missing, or incomplete, transmission
of a package file. Verify package file count and EOF(s).
’queryNextFileInPackageSet’ failure on file Rnnnn000.
