NSKUNPK Errors by File Name
4007
Cause. IPSetup could not allocate memory to record the base package file name.
Recovery. This error usually indicates a transient resource problem. Review and fix
any problems if possible. Then rerun SETUPRUN.
4008/4009/4010/4011
Cause. IPSetup could not allocate memory to record a NonStop disk volume name.
Recovery. This error usually indicates a transient resource problem. Review and fix
any problems if possible. Then rerun SETUPRUN.
4012
Cause. IPSetup was unable to create a DSV file placement log. The DSV was
unpacked, but no record exists of what was placed where.
Recovery. This error is probably caused by system or file security or user
permissions. Check user write access to the NSKPACK execution volume and
subvolume, and check that the user can create or overwrite any existing DSVLOCs file.
Possibly a disk space problem exists. Check that sufficient disk space is available.
4013
Cause. IPSetup was unable to write a DSV file placement log. The DSV was
