NSKUNPK Errors by File Name
4014
Cause. SETUPRUN was unable to write a DSV file placement log. The DSV was
unpacked, but no record of what was placed where.
Recovery. This error is usually indicates a transient file-system problem. The DSV
placement log is most likely an empty file. Review and fix any problems if possible.
Then rerun SETUPRUN.
SIPUTILC Error Class: C LIBRARY FUNCTION FAILURE
4015
Cause. SETUPRUN could not allocate memory to add a node to the unpackaged file
list.
Recovery. This error is usually transient. Clean up any unpackaged or temporary files,
review and fix any other problems, and then rerun SETUPRUN.
4016
Cause. SETUPRUN was unable to purge a (temporary) unpackaged archive format
DSV file after the reconstituted DSV file was written to the DSV.
Recovery. Assume a transient error. Another user might have purged this file. Clean
up any unpackaged or temporary files, and then restart execution.
’fclose’ failed writing to DSV placement log: file-name
Unable to continue.
’malloc’ failure - Unable to obtain sufficient memory.
’remove’ C library procedure failed purging a file:
NSK-file-name
DSV dsv-name cannot be reconstituted.
