Cause. SETUPRUN was unable to purge a version 3 A0CINFO file and write a
version 2 A0CINFO file into the DSV subvolume. DSM/SCM will not be able to input
this DSV.
Recovery. Assume a transient error. Another user might have purged this file. Clean
up any unpackaged or temporary files and then restart execution.

Cause. SETUPRUN could not allocate memory to read a version 3 A0CINFO file into
memory. SETUPRUN was unable to create a version 2 A0CINFO file in the DSV.
DSM/SCM will not be able to input this DSV.
Recovery. This error is transient. Clean up any unpackaged or temporary files and
then restart execution.

Cause. SETUPRUN could not allocate memory to build an fng_fnm_stru (NonStop file
list).
Recovery. This error is transient. Restart execution.
