Cause. Following creation of version 2 A0CINFO file in DSV, the attempt to open the
file for exclusive write access failed.
Recovery. This error is usually transient. Eliminate any residual files from scratch
subvolumes and existing files from the DSVs. Then rerun SETUPRUN. If this problem
persists, contact your support representative.

Cause. The NonStop library procedure WRITEX failed when attempting to close the
newly written version 2 A0CINFO file created in the final DSV.
Recovery. This error might be transient. Eliminate any residual files from scratch
subvolumes and existing files from the DSVs. Then restart the program. This error
might also be due to disk space problems or fragmentation. (New files might have
been created on this disk volume after IPSetup checked for disk space or
fragmentation and before the attempt to create this file. Check for available space or
fragmentation.) If this problem persists, contact your support representative.

Recovery. This error might be transient. Eliminate any residual files from scratch
subvolumes and restart the program. If this problem persists, contact your support
