SIPUTILC Error Class: DSM/SCM LIBRARY FUNCTION
FAILURE
5000
Cause. DSM/SCM library procedure failed. Most likely a name-space collision
(A0CINFO file already exists in named scratch subvolume), or the FILEMGR process
failed.
Recovery. Purge any files from the named scratch subvolume. Check that FILEMGR
stays running once it is started. If necessary, contact your support representative.
5001
Cause. The conversion of a network file name to an internal NonStop file name failed.
The cause might be a system Expand node number of zero, a system name length ==
8 (including the “\”), or other odd system environment characteristics.
Recovery. This error usually indicates a transient resource problem. Review and fix
any problems if possible. Then rerun SETUPRUN. If this problem persists, contact your
support representative.
5002
Cause. An error occurred when trying to read the reconstituted version 3 A0CINFO file
into memory from a scratch subvolume.
Recovery. Assume a transient error, possibly a failing disk. Purge any files left over in
the named scratch subvolume and restart the program.
