Task 2: Provide Needed Placement Information
The Product Selection dialog box appears, listing the available NonStop
products on the CD-ROM or DVD:
4. Select the products to place on the NonStop system.
a. Check that you are in the directory where the software is stored. If not, click
Browse... to select a different directory. (On a CD-ROM, the directory should
automatically be correct. If not, the CD-ROM is corrupt and should be
replaced.)
b. In the Product Selection dialog box, select the products from the Available
Products list.
c. Click Properties... or double-click the selected product to view product details.
Click the product attribute header to sort the products by that attribute.
Note. For the systems running on D-series and G-series, the title of the dialog boxes
appears as Independent Products Setup instead of Setup for Independent Products and
NonStop Software.
