The frequency section consists of a mode activation command followed by a set of
range commands which are used in conjunction with the standby command. To
enable a frequency to be set, the following command sequence should be used:

The use of the output (O) command enables the frequency to be set from
1Hz to 100kHz in 1Hz steps.
