: Zero Flow Calibration Above Limits
Cause
: The Mass flow rate during the previous Mass flow zero calibration
attempt was above 10% of the nominal flow or this sensor.

: Zero Flow Calibration Failed
Cause
: The previous Mass flow zero calibration failed. Refer to section
8.1 on page 71 for further details.

: Temperature Drift
Cause
: The measured temperature has exceeded ±30°C from the
temperature reference taken during the last Mass Flow zero
calibration. For use in Custody transfer applications.

Cause
: This flag is set when the system is started to indicate that the
power supply has been interrupted.
