17.2. usB interface
The PC requires an USB interface for communication with the positioner as well as an additional adapter with
interface driver (see “Table 39: Accessories”).
The data transfer must be according to HART specification. The HART communications DTM installed during the
installation of PACTware can be used for this.
A detailed description and precise schedule of the procedure for the installation and operation of the
software can be found in the associated documentation.

Download the DTM software and PACTware at:
www.burkert.com or www.pactware.com.
The latest version of the communications software is always available by means of the download function.
