10.1.2. CUTOFF -
sealing function for the position controller
This function causes the valve to be sealed outside the control range.
Controlled operation is resumed with a hysteresis of 1 %.
Factory settings: DIP switch 2 set to OFF (no sealing function)

The communications software can be used to change the limits for the position set-point value as a percentage.
The switching position of the DIP switches in the positioner has priority over the communications
software, i.e. settings of the sealing function (
CUTOFF) which are changed via the communications
software are not active unless DIP switch 2 in the positioner is set to ON.
