E5382A Single-Ended Flying Lead
Probe Set
The E5382A is a 17-channel
single-ended flying lead probe
compatible with logic analyzers
with a 90-pin pod connection.
It is capable of acquiring data at
the maximum rates of the logic
analyzer it is connected to. The
E5382A is useful for acquiring
signals from dispersed locations
or when a mass connection
scheme is not available. The
E5382A has the following:
• 16 single-ended data inputs
• one differential or single-ended
clock input
• variety of supplied accessories
Unused clock inputs can be used
as data inputs.
