E5386A Half-Channel Adapter
When the Agilent 16760A is
operated in the 1250 Mb/s or
1500 Mb/s mode, only the even
numbered channels are used.
To reduce the number of probes
and connectors required, the
E5386A adapter maps the even
channels to all of the pins of an
E5378A, E5379A, E5387A,
E5390A, E5405A, or E5406A
probe. The E5386A half-channel
adapter is usable with either the
E5378A, E5390A, or E5406A
single-ended probe or the
E5379A, E5387A, or E5405A
differential probe. The following
diagrams show how the E5386A
is connected.
