E5378A 100-Pin Single-Ended Probe

The E5378A is a 34-channel
single-ended probe capable of
capturing data up to 1.5 Gbits/sec
(see Figures 10.3 and 10.5 for
probe dimensions and equivalent
load). The probe has the
following inputs:

• 32 single-ended data inputs,

in two groups (pods) of 16.

• Two differential clock inputs.

Either or both clock inputs can
be acquired as data inputs if
not used as a clock.

• Two data threshold reference

inputs, one for each pod (group
of 16 data inputs).

E5379A 100-Pin Differential Probe

The E5379A is a 17-channel
differential probe capable of
capturing data up to 1.5 Gbits/sec
(see Figures 10.5 and 10.6 for
probe dimensions and equivalent
load). The probe has the
following inputs:

• 16 differential data inputs.

• One differential clock input.

The clock input can be
acquired as a data input if it
is not used as a clock.

part numbers for mating
connectors and shrouds.
