4.4.2 Time/Date Option
Changing the time and date is shown in Figure 4-7. The correct date and time must be typed in
the format shown below:
Time (HOUR:MINUTE:SECOND) range is (00:00:00 to 23:59:59)
Date (MONTH:DAY:YEAR) range is (01/01/00 to 12/31/99)
This date and time are stored in the “ W
ATER LOG”. The clock circuitry in the “ W
ATER LOG” is
powered from the main battery of the “ W
ATER LOG”. If the “Sync to PC Clock” option is
selected, the time and date shown will be ignored and the PC clock will be used to set the clock
on the “
W ATER LOG”. This is used to easily synchronize multiple “ W ATER LOG” Sensors to the
same time.
You should always invoke the Reset and Time/Date options whenever the battery is changed.
Any data should be extracted before changing the battery or resetting the “
W ATER LOG”.
