Preparation The following Network Configuration Parameters must be
obtained from your Network Administrator before starting:
• IP address
• Subnet mask
• Host name
• Gateway IP address
Note: Host and Gateway are optional.
Precautions Note: Before starting, make sure proper ESD precautions are
observed. The ESD grounding termination point is located on
the door latch bracket of the GPS cabinet.
• Wear grounded antistatic wrist straps when handling all
circuit packs. The wrist strap must be in contact with the skin
and is not to be worn over clothing.
