System Status

The System Status section displays information regarding the overall status of the Application Server. There are four possi-
ble information areas, one of which is only available for a High Availability system setup.

Each section (except “SIP Calls per Second Average”) contains a check box with the text “more info” or “extended list”.
Selecting one or more of these boxes and pressing [Refresh] will expand the section(s) to provide more detailed informa-
tion about that area of the system.

Platform Information

This section shows information about the system's network, hard disk, Linux kernel and hardware status. The level of detail
depends on whether or not the section is in More Info mode. Check the More Info box and click the Refresh button at
the bottom of the page.

SIP Calls per Second Averages

Displays call averages over different periods of time.

High Availability Information

The default view displays the shared network configuration of the local machine, as well as that of the neighbor. In addi-
tion it shows if replication is running, which server is active, and the status of its neighbor. When expanded (via the More
Info
check box), more detailed information is given, such as uptime, load, and the status of some of the other HA features,
such as serial communications with the neighboring server.

Service Status

Along with the service name, related process identifiers (pid’s) are displayed in green if the service is running, otherwise an
error message will be displayed in red. If the Service Status display for a service indicates errors, the service should be
restarted.

The checkboxes are used to select one or more services. The selected services may then be Restart(ed), Start(ed) or
Stop(ped. The outcome of these operations is displayed, if any were performed.

A Refresh button at the bottom of the page to request the latest information and status from the server.

Note:

The information on the screen is not automatically or periodically updated and may therefore be dated and inaccurate.
