Symptom Diagnosis Action
A label format was sent to the
printer but not recognized.
Communications
parameters are incorrect.
Print a Communications
Diagnostic label. Check for
Format or Overrun Errors. See
"Setting Communication
Parameters" on page 38.
Prefix and delimiter
characters set in printer do
not match the ones used in
the label format.
Set the characters in the
printer to match the label
format. See “Selecting Prefix
and Delimiter Characters” on
page 40.
If the problem continues,
check the ZPL II format for
changed ^CC, ^CT, and
^CD commands.
A label format was sent to the
printer but not recognized.
Data light flashes but no
printing occurs.
