3.

Plug in the power cords, power on the system, and wait for POST to
complete. This automatically clears the old password.

4.

Power off the system and unplug the power cords from the system.

5.

Move the Password Clear jumper back to pins 5-6.

6.

Replace the access cover, reconnect any peripheral devices, plug in the
system power cords, and power on the system.

7.

To specify a new password, run the BIOS Setup Utility as described earlier
in this chapter.
