Option 78 — Data Terminal Ready (DTR)
Interface line pin 20 can be made true when the printer status is:
ONLINE AND BUFFER ALMOST EMPTY (READY)
OFFLINE OR BUFFER ALMOST FULL (BUSY)
In addition, the DTR interface line can be held always ON (true) or always
OFF (false).
