ದ Loosed screw b and screw b .
ದ Screw out screw b about 6 turns, press your hand on the screw to push the wheel spin-
dle out of the fork stub. Remove screw b .
Warning
Danger of accidents ಘReduced braking due to damaged brake discs.
ದ Always lay the wheel down in such a way that the brake disc is not damaged.
ದ Holding the front wheel, withdraw the wheel spindle. Take the front wheel out of the
fork.

Danger of accidents ಘReduced braking due to oil or grease on the brake discs.
ದ Always keep the brake discs free of oil and grease, and clean them with
brake cleaner when necessary.
ದ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
ದ Clean and grease the thread of the wheel spindle and screw b .
Long-life grease ( P. 155)
ದ Lift the front wheel into the fork, position it, and insert the wheel spindle. Mount and
tighten screw
b .
Specification
Screw, front wheel spindle M24x1.5 40 bNm (29.5blbfbft)
ದ Position the brake caliper and check that the brake linings are seated correctly.
