ದ Take the rubber cap off the headlight lamp.
ದ Turn the bulb holder b about 30° counterclockwise and remove it.
ದ Take the headlight bulb out of the headlight housing.
ದ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
ದ Insert a new headlight bulb into the headlight housing.

Insert the headlight bulb so that the bayonet lugs b latch into the slots b .
ದ Position the bulb holder and turn it clockwise as far as it will go.
ದ Replace the rubber cap.
ದ Refit the headlight mask with the headlight. ( P. 100)
Changing the parking lamp
Note
Damage to reflector ಘKeep the glass of the bulb free of grease.
ದ After fitting the bulb in the holder, clean the glass with a clean cloth. Any grease on the glass will evaporate by the heat and be de-
posited on the reflector.
ದ Switch off all power-consuming components and switch off the engine.
ದ Remove the headlight mask with the headlight. ( P. 99)
