ದ Press the new flasher bulb carefully into the holder and turn it clockwise as far as it will
go.

ದ Position the diffuser.
ದ Insert the screw and turn it first counterclockwise until you feel it click into the thread.
Tighten the screw.
ದ Check the flasher function.
Checking headlamp setting

ದ On a light-colored wall with a horizontal area in front of it, make a mark as high as the
center of the low beam headlight.
ದ Make another mark at a distance of b under the first mark.

Distance b 5 bcm (2bin)
ದ Stand the motorcycle at a distance of b in front of the wall and switch on the low
beam.
Specification
Distance b 5 bm (16bft)
ದ Check the headlamp setting.
The boundary between light and dark must be exactly on the lower mark for a motor-
cycle with driver.
» If the boundary between light and dark does not meet specifications:
ದ Adjust the headlight range. ( P. 105)
