•BuzzBox:
The BuzzBox device provides auditory
and/or visual notification of any printer offline error
condition. Users can select a flashing light and/or a
beeping indicator to notify that the printer requires
attention. The BuzzBox installs via the magicolor 2210’s
parallel port.
•Optional emulations:
For printing with more special-
ized applications, the magicolor 2210 can be equipped
to support LN03 Plus*, CGM, and imaging related
(using ImageServer*) data streams. Each of these emu-
lations ships on diskette and is installed by download-
ing to an internal hard disk.

•Optional interfaces:
The magicolor 2210 can operate in
practically any computing environment with these
interface options: CrownNet for Ethernet
(10BaseT/100BaseTX), CrownNet for Token-Ring,
Crown for DECnet-TCP/IP, LocalTalk, and SCSI. IBM
IPDS and non-IPDS interface options are also available.
•500-sheet Lower Feeder Unit:
A 500-sheet Lower Feeder
Unit can be installed to the magicolor 2210, bringing the
total input capacity to 1,150 sheets.
•5-Bin Mailbox:
A relatively new
feature to color printing, the
magicolor 2210 can be equipped
with a 5-bin mailbox. This option
has five addressable output bins
that each hold up to 50 sheets of
letter/A4-size paper.
•Automatic Duplex Unit:
The magicolor 2210 can be
easily upgraded to include automatic duplex capability.
The duplexer attaches to the rear of the printer and pro-
vides cost-effective two-sided printing of any printer-
supported page size.
