O PTIONAL P APER H ANDLING
Productivity often hinges on convenience. Add any of
these paper handling options to simplify and streamline
printing activity.
• 500-Sheet Lower Feeder: This feature increases paper
input to its maximum capacity of 1,150 sheets. It installs
directly underneath the printer’s standard input cassette
and makes the paper refilling process an infrequent task.
• Automatic Duplex Unit: The magicolor 2210 supports
manual two-sided printing right out of the box, requiring
the user to print one side of the page then manually turn
over the page before printing the opposite side. The
printer is also capable of automatic duplexing which is not
only convenient, but saves paper and filing space.
•5-Bin Mailbox: This option has five 50-sheet addressable
mailbins that allow an individual user to direct print jobs
to any bin. It’s even more helpful when there is a group
of people using the printer. Each can designate a separate
mailbin for their output, making it easy to distinguish
between each other’s print jobs. The 5-bin mailbox easily
attaches to the top of the magicolor 2210.
•SC-210 Digital Copier/Scanner: Attach this option with
a parallel cable to the magicolor 2210 and add digital
color copying and scanning capabilities.
As a walk-up copier, users simply place their original on
the scanner bed and push “copy.” Full-color duplicates
are delivered at up to rated engine speed on the printer.
For multi-page copy jobs, the SC-210 can be equipped
with a 25-sheet Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) that
feeds pages through the scanner automatically.
In addition to color copying, the SC-210 can also operate
as a desktop scanner. It attaches to Windows 95, 98, Me,
NT 4.0, or 2000 PCs with a parallel cable and includes
software for scanning, image editing, and text
conversion.
