(4) IO Monitor Field Specifications: IO_MON
The IO monitor field is used to monitor the I/O signal status of the SERVOPACK.
Note: The EXT2, EXT3, and HBB cannot be used with DC power input
Σ-V series SERVOPACKs (SGDV-E11).
