Scan
To check the
“health” of the disk, it is possible to use the “Scan” function. If the disk has already
been mounted, the “Scan” button is grayed out, unmount the disk first to enable the “Scan”
button.
Scan Failure
The scanning would fail if the disk is not recognized by the encoder. Make sure that the disk has
been properly formatted and mounted to the encoder.
