Reposition the keyframe to frame 30.

Expand the keyframe structure of
Color.
Select the start keyframe of Green
and Opacity.
Reposition the Green keyframe to
frame 15 and the Opacity keyframe to
frame 40.
Editing Color Keyframe
Now, play the animation again. The animation should have been changed as planned.
