Description This command sets the index of refraction that
will be used for the next acquisition.
*RST reverts this setting to default value.
Syntax :CONFigure[1..n]:ANAlysis:IORefraction
|MAXimum|MINimum|DEFault

smallest supported value.

greatest supported value.
