When you are through, you shut off the
controller/burner you have been working with,
turn on the other controller/burner, and make
the same adjustments there.

Improper adjustment may lead to poor combustion
quality, increasing the amount of carbon monoxide
produced. Excess carbon monoxide levels may
lead to personal injury or death.
Required tools: Screwdrivers, Torx bits, combustion
analyzer
In the rest of this section we will explain the setup
procedure in more detail.
1. On the gas valve for the Primary burner on the
boiler, locate the adjustments for the high fire
CO
2
and low fire CO
2
. See Fig. 101.
Table 17 lists the CO
2
readings you should see
at high fire and low fire.
2. To start the setup, turn on the call for heat.
3. Before you can set up the Primary burner, you
must shut off the Secondary burner. Go to the
Home screen on the display. Press the icon for
the control labeled Secondary.
