The Monthly icon (
) displays all of your calendar events for the month.

The Next icon (
) jumps to the next day, week, or month, depending on the current calendar view.

The Previous icon (
) jumps to the previous day, week, or month, depending on the current calendar view.

In the mobile application, you cannot view the details of an event without opening it. In any view, highlight the event, and select
Open from the menu. From the event detail page, you can view, edit, or delete the record.
Activity Alerts
Salesforce Classic can display popup reminders for upcoming tasks and events. The alert opens in a small notification window when
you are logged in to the mobile application.

When you see the Activity Notification window, open the menu and click Select to view the first record. You can ignore the alert
and press Escape to continue working.

If Salesforce Classic displays more than one record in the notification window, highlight the alert you want to view, and choose
Select from the menu. Press the Escape button to re-open the notification window and choose other alerts.

When you are done looking at the alerts in the notification window, press the Escape button to close it.

Open Activities
For a particular record, you can view open activities, which are activities that have yet to occur or have not been completed. To view
open activities:
1. Highlight an account, contact, lead, opportunity, or case in the list view, or open the detail page.
2. Open the menu and select Open Activities.
If no open activities exist for the record, or if the open activities have not been mobilized, no activities display. If you do not see the
record you want, you can
in Salesforce and download them to your device.
Activity History
The Activity History related list of a record displays all completed tasks, logged phone calls, expired events, and emails for the record
and its associated records. Salesforce Classic can show activity history for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and cases. To view
the activity history:
1. Highlight an account, contact, lead, opportunity, or case record in the list view, or open the detail page.
2. Open the menu and select Activity History.
If no closed activities exist for the record, or if closed activities have not been mobilized by your administrator, no activities display.

3. To view the details of a closed activity, highlight the record, and then press ENTER or select Open from the menu.
Using Cases and Solutions
When you save a new case to track an issue, Salesforce Classic stores it in the local database and sends it to Salesforce. Once the record
is accepted by Salesforce, the case number is assigned and the record is updated in the mobile application.
