Data preparation
To configure the prompt mode, you need the following data.

Step 1 Enter the user view.
Step 2 Run:
system-view
The system view appears.
Step 3 Run:
file prompt { alert | quiet }
This command configures the prompt mode of the file system.

6.7 Example of configuring directory management
Networking requirements
By configuring the file system of the router, you can operate the router through the console
port and copy files to a specified directory.
Configuration roadmap
The file path in memory must be correct. If you do not specify a target file name, the target
file name is the source file name by default; that is, the target file name is the same as the
source file name.
Data preparation
To complete the configuration, you need the following data:
• source file name and target file name
• source file path and target file path
Configuration procedure
Step 1 Display the file information in the current directory.
