Account Options
Defaults Screen
The Account Options dialog is used to configure the Account Table screens. When new
records are added to the account table, the data in most fields will be blank or set to initial
values that are defined in the database. This screen allows you to override these initial
values for some of the more important fields and are intended to save time when adding
new accounts (clicking the New button). This will not prevent you from changing the
fields for the new account to other values.

Admin-->Accounts-->Options Button-->Defaults Radio Button
