Click this button to generate your report and print it to the Windows default printer. The
number in parenthesis is the number of copies that will be printed. The number of copies
is set in the Report Options screen.
Create Text File Button
Click this button to generate your report and write it to a file. The format of the file is
selected from the File Type drop down list.
Email Text File Button
Click this button to generate your report, write it to a file and email it to the group
specified. The format of the file is selected from the File Type drop down list and the
group it gets emailed is selected from the Email to drop down list.
