Purge Utility
Inactivate Screen
The Purge Utility Inactivate screen allows you to inactivate job, vehicle and account
records that have not had transaction activity as of a specified date. Inactive records are
not deleted from the database but are flagged, which will prevent them from appearing in
any drop down lists. The inactivation flag can be removed from individual records in
their respective update screens (account screen, job screen or vehicle screen).
Inactive records can be deleted from the database in the Purge screen.

Admin->Utilities->Purge->Inactivate Radio Button
Field Descriptions
Records to Inactivate
Select which record types you wish to inactivate. You can choose Jobs, Vehicles and
Accounts.
Inactivate Criteria
Enter the date that will be used as the inactivation criteria. Records will be flagged as
inactive if there is no transaction activity after this date.
