whether the invoice must be paid in

Uninvoiced Transactions
When checked, transactions that have
not appeared on an invoice, voided
transactions and cash transactions
within the date range will be deleted.
Please note that deleting these
transactions will change the estimated
balances for accounts (estimated
balance = current balance + uninvoiced
transactions).
Inactive Jobs
When checked, all jobs that are flagged
as inactive along with the material line
items attached to those jobs will be
deleted.
Inactive Accts and their Vehicles
When checked, all accounts that are
flagged as inactive along with all their
vehicles will be deleted.
Inactive Vehicles
When checked, all vehicles that are
flagged as inactive will be deleted.
Purge Criteria
Invoices Must be Paid in Full
This check box is enabled when Invoiced Transactions have been selected. When
checked, only transactions attached to invoices that have been paid in full will be deleted.
Transactions attached to partially paid and unpaid invoices will not be deleted.
When not checked, transactions attached to paid and unpaid invoices will be deleted.
Transactions attached to partially paid invoices will not be deleted. Please note that
deleting transactions attached to unpaid invoices will change the current balances for
accounts (current balance = sum of all invoice balance due).
From and Through Date
Enter the dates that will be used to select which invoices (and their attached transactions)
and which transactions are to be deleted.
