3.0 Printing Programs
Print a program to mark up or maintain a paper record of it. You can
print:
D an entire program or a range of rungs
D rung descriptions
D only rung descriptions
D variable descriptions
D instruction crossĆreference
D program crossĆreference
D multiple copies of a program
The ladder diagram prints out on the default printer you have
defined for the computer. Make sure that this printer is connected
and the proper print driver is installed. See the Windows 95
documentation for more information.
You can print a program by choosing:
D the Print button from the Standard toolbar
D Print from the File menu
To print a program from the Standard toolbar
Step 1.
Make sure that the program you want to print is in the
active program window.
Step 2. Choose

Step 2. Do one of the following:
D From the File menu, choose Print.
or
D Press CTRL+P
The Print dialog box appears. You can use the Print
dialog box to change the number of pages, page
orientation, or set new print options.
