4. If you see a QuickBooks ® screen similar to the one indicated in the Connecting to
QuickBooks ® message, select one of the following options, then click OK
Yes, Prompt each time
Yes, Whenever this QuickBooks
® company file is open
Yes, Always: allow even if QuickBooks ® is not running
5. A screen will appear showing all data from QuickBooks ® . You can set up a filter to limit the
data you bring into your Labeler file.
6. The Data tab will populate with the data from the selected QuickBooks ® file.
